Phentramin-D Reviews

What is Phentramin-D?

Phentramin-D is the new improved version of the Phentramin diet pill by LazarusLabs. This latest release seems to have done away with a number of effective ingredients, most notably Hoodia Gordonii extract. The manufacturer claims to have dropped this "weak herbal ingredient".

This seems quite odd as Hoodia extract is one of the only clinically proven natural appetite suppressants available. Presumably Hoodia has actually been dropped due to rising costs in the cultivating and harvesting of this expensive and rare extract.

So whats in the new forumla?

Well Lazarus Labs are not giving much away and seem to be hiding their ingredients and quantities behind a "propiatary blend". This is a tactic often used by supplement companies when they do not want to reveal the actual concentrations of effective ingredients. We have seen many products over the years that contain little to almost zero concentrations of their "main" ingredient.

What they are not shy about revealing is the addition of the chemical Dimethyl-pentylamine-hydrochloride Trimethylxanthin, which they claim increases metabolism and surpresses appetite. However to this date there have been no clinical studies proving this ingredients effectiveness on weight loss or long term side effects.

The postives

As with the previous release of Phentramin there appears to be only a few reports of relatively mild side effects. However there is also a lack of genuine user feedback claiming this pill is effective.

The Negatives

Lazurus Labs are not offering any kind of guarantee with their new supplement, and worringly even ask you to agree to a set of terms and conditions, releasing the company and staff from any liabilites.

Phentramin-D side effects

Insominia, dry mouth and irratibility.

Phentramin-D conclusion

As yet there is no scientific proof behind the listed ingredients, and as such we feel the price of $67 for a 30 day supply is a little on the steep side. The lack of guarantees is also slightly concerning as the marketing hype insists the product is the most potent appetite suppressant available.

When looking for an effective diet pill you should always look for clinical proof that the ingredients actually work, and the quantities contained within are listed on the product label.
