Adipex Side Effects
What is Adipex?
Adipex is a highly controversial diet pill which acts as an appetite suppressant and is only available via doctor consultation and prescription.
Although very effective at lowering daily calorie intake it is not without its problems. In fact due to the long list of negative side effects it is very rarely prescribed and when it is, only to extreme cases where other options have failed.
Adipex contains amphetamines which are known to cause addiction, mood swings and high blood pressure. Other side effects include headaches, dizziness, upset stomach, cardiac problems and breathing difficulties.
How does Adipex work?
Adipex's main ingredient is Phentermine which works by releasing dopamine and other amphetamines into the blood stream. These act directly on the brain and attach themselves to receptor cells which control appetite.
Is Adipex worth trying?
Our advice is categorically no. When compared to other options which although are slightly less effective, will still provide excellent results and are much, much safer.
Is there a safer appetite suppressant available?
One particular adipex alternative which is commonly considered as the "granddad" of all appetite suppressants is the natural plant extract Hoodia Gordonii.
Used for over 50 years with an excellent safety record, Hoodia offers all of the benefits of Adipex without any of the unpleasant side effects.
Hoodia is 100% natural and unlike many non-prescription weight loss products, actually clinically proven to work.
Hoodia has many followers from dieters and celebrities the world over, with the most recent endorsements coming from the stars of Desperate Housewives - Teri Hatcher and Eva Longoria who both swear by its use.
